“I have been working with Eddie on a Core Banking Programme at Nordea. He is an experienced leader ready do delegate rather than micromanage. His attitude was especially valuable in an SAFe/Agile setup. Eddie was able to build a solid relationship with remote teams as well as the ones based in Copenhagen. A lot of experiences with IT management, Lean and change management has given him a very broad perspective on processes and behaviours that drive IT changes. He is calm in a time of crisis and can offer an advice that is a gamechanger. He’s is full of positive energy. I will miss his laughter :)”
